TERMS OF RENTAL

  1. I understand that all items rented from the Pickford Film Center Film Is Truth Collection (“FIT”) remain the property of FIT.
  2. I understand that all items rented are charged to me for each day the item is in my possession whether in use or not and that any day I have not pre-paid for will be billed to my account.
  3. I agree to pay any and all replacement costs for any item in my possession for more than fourteen (14) days, at the discretion of the business, in addition to any accrued rental fees and related charges arising prior to the replacement cost demand.
  4. I agree to take good care and to properly use all items rented. I also agree to pay any and all replacement costs for any item that is lost, damaged beyond economical repair, destroyed or stolen prior to its return. For damaged items not damaged beyond economical repair, I agree to pay a reasonable amount for the repair of the item not to exceed the replacement cost. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the business of any damaged item and I agree to not attempt any repairs to any item.
  5. I agree to pay any billed activity, including rental fees, repair or replacement costs and other related charges, to my account at the time of service using the required credit card on file. If this credit card is removed or not valid, I agree to pay all costs relating to the collection of my account, including court costs, service or processing fees, collection agency fees and reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of the collection of my account.
  6. I understand that I am the only person allowed access to my account.
  7. I understand that my account may be closed at any time for any reason, and that my renting privileges may be revoked until unpaid charges are paid or materials are returned.
  8. I understand it is my responsibility to keep all information on this form current, and that changes provided by me will be maintained in my computer file. I hereby release the business from any and all liabilities relating to any failure to provide notice if I fail to keep my contact information current. I understand that my credit card number will securely held in my computer file.
  9. This agreement may not be assigned or transferred.
  10. I acknowledge that federal law prohibits the reproduction of any copyrighted item.
  11. I acknowledge that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age.
